Model BDL-1 is our least expensive model, effective range ¾ mile. It is designed for Diurnal birds (Starlings, Grackles, Sparrows, Pigeons, etc). Ongoing field use has shown green lasers to be more effective on some nocturnal and aquatic birds than red.

Model BDL-650 is our oldest model, effective range ¾ mile – designed primarily for aquatic and nocturnal birds. (Geese, Crows, Owls, etc) Especially good for Canada Geese

Model BDL-650HP extends the range to 1½ miles and provides a more intense beam (Turkey Vultures)

Model BDL-532 is our most popular model. With an effective range of about ¾ mile, it is designed for Diurnal birds (Starlings, Grackles, Sparrows, Pigeons, etc). Ongoing field use has shown green lasers to be more effective on some nocturnal and aquatic birds than red.

Model BDL-532HP extends range to about 1½ miles and allows use in much higher ambient light. Includes laser safety glasses and red dot sight.

Model BDL-532SHO extends range to about 2½ miles and allows use 24 hours a day, most days. Only limitation is direct sunlight on the subject, even then the laser is effective if it isn’t a bright day (meaning no clouds). Includes laser safety glasses, lockable carrying case and red dot sight.
